I just wanted to put this out there and see if anyone else has ever seen this problem. I have talked with Blackberry (RIM) Support and they can't fix the problem. We are on a 4.0 BES server with exchange 2003. The user has a 7105t Blackberry.

I have one user that can’t get his memos to sync up. His tasks and calendar work just fine. We have gone through everything from wiping the handheld, deleting the Desktop [SYNC] Service Book, setting the user up on a different Blackberry. We get the same result everything sync's up minus the memos.

Could his outlook profile be causing this problem? Just a thought that I had.
