I have a couple of auto-texts prepared that are a couple of paragraphs each.
When the auto-text is inserted into an email message, it looks fine. However, when it is received, the paragraphs are lost, i.e., the two or three paragraphs have become long paragraph.

I have seen this when getting replies that contain the original message and also when I send a test message to myself.

Any ideas of what is causing this and how to prevent it from happening?

What version of software are you using? I just tried on my BB and it works fine.

It is an 8700c with BB 4.1.

Have you tried a Cold Re-Boot (battrey out, wait 15 - 30 secs, battery in)?

Other than that, I don't know, as I said mine works with 8700/4.1.0.286
