Just switched to this device after being on a 7520 for a year or so.....So far, not too shabby. Love the form factor but cant stand how i cant feel the bb vibrate? Is this device specific or do i have a dud. If i hold it in my hand and it vibrates, it is very noticeable.....suggestions? Also, ive noticed that during direct connect calls, the volume starts off very low and the only way to get it to where i can hear it is to turn it all of the way up and then back within a decent range? Whats up? After two days, im just as fast of a typer on this device as i was the 7520....wish i could have brought over "Blackberry 5" ringtone.

Im with you an the ringtones and the vibrate... not that great. However, the direct issue I have not encountered and think thats sounds like a real pain. I'd call CC.

I have not experienced the DC volume issue, but have experienced on many occasions the following: when I get a DC, the screen reverts back to the main menu, and I have to scroll back to the log to get back to that person. RIM will never fix this flaw.

Wish the download was faster for some websites, but the browser leaves a bunch to be wanted. still getting my email from work, is a plus.
