Default Verizon BB 7130e and alternative wap proxy?

Please Login to Remove!

I am thinking of getting a 7130e when my existing 2 yr contract with Verizon Wireless expires. Does VZW's 7130e permit me to configure a wap proxy of choice? How about options for third-party TCP/IP apps, such as Opera for web and an ssh client? I want to use voice minutes for my data connections directly from the BB (not tethered to a laptop) and not use 1x or EVDO.

Do I have that option with the 7130e? I want a speakerphone, too, which is why the 7130e is the only BB option I am going for from Verizon.

Thanks for any insight.

Scott
