Exclamation New 8700 user, have couple questions

hope you guys can help, there not huge dilemnas or anything. ok first is when i recieve an EMAIL a copy is sent to my messages screen as well as the email folder, can i make it only go to the email folder and not both or maybe a seperate indictor so i know what i recieved?? second is i cant get it to notify me when i recieve an email i get the icon and the red LED but no sound and i tried every option in the sound menu. ok third is that i used to have a 7100t and when u pressed the button on the top it turned off the screen and with the 8700c i have to press it once and it brightons up and then again to get the screen to turn off, can i make it one press and it turns off??? ok Last question, i cracked the plastic plate that covers the screen anyone know where i can get a replacement?? i know its alot of dumb questions but thanks for any answers...

1: (folder question) - "Messages" is a "catch-all" folder for all your messages. If you want to just see your specific e-mail boxes, hide the "Messages" icon, and keep your others visible.

2: (sound question) - Are you sure that you're profile is set correctly? How about making sure that "Mute" is not selected under Volume, or that the Out of Holster or In Holster isn't set to "None"?

3: (Backlight question) - There's no way to change it, unless you download the BBLight app. Not sure if that will actually do what you want, but the flexibility is much greater with that installed.
