Default Profile Exceptions

I have my 7105t set to check mail against my Exchange server via OWA (not BES) and it works just fine. What I am trying to do is set up an exception so that I can leave the phone in the vibrate profile but have emails that are sent "high priority" force the BB to ring instead of vibrate. I don't need the "thank you" replies from the graveyard shift users waking me up at 4:00 in the morning, but I would like them to be able to wake me if there is a major problem by sending a high priority email. Is this even possible? I haven't been able to make it work yet. I set up another exception, but the only real option is to set a "From:", which means (I guess) I could set up another email address for high priority use. Am I on the right track?
