Back in March I decided to use the free (or some payment) upgrade feature Cingular allows every 18 months, to get a newer phone. I decided to make the move to a RIM 7100g. Well it is now the end of June and I've gone through 2 handsets. The first one had the antenna complete crap out after 6+ week and the second one they sent me had the mic crap out after 4 weeks.
To make a long story short I *****'d and complained and got them to upgrade me to a 7130c for no cost. Hopefully I won't have any more problems.
