Just wondering, besides color or anything else cosmetic and carrier, if there were any real differences between the two 8700's or if they were the same.

My apologies...the header is meant to say 8700g v. 8700c.

Nope. Well, OS but OS's for each device can be loaded on the other so it's really irrelevant.
