| Did you have the Desktop Manager running? Also you need to make sure you have a RIM serial port as well. What I had to do is uninstall any COM ports that show up as RIM, reboot, then manually add one, then start up the Desktop Manager, then when I started up VZAccess Manager and ran the wizard, everything worked just fine.
