Every once in a while (about once a week), my boss' 8700c goes to it's oldest e-mail (about Jan '05) and he has to spend about 10 min scrolling to get to the recent ones again. Two questions:
1) what's he hitting that does this?
2) when he inevitably hits it again, is there a quicker way to get back to the most recent message?

1) Hit the "b" to go to the bottom of the list
2) Hit the "t" to go to the top
