Default The Sleeper....

Ok so I am curioius. Does the sleeper REALLY increase battery life THAT much? I am not saying it doesn't! Please don't flame or such. This is a question. I have not noticed a huge difference today while not using my case or sleeper function thus my question. Does it really do THAT much?

It's been my experience that it does make a difference, but I use BBLight to keep my backlight "always on" when it's out of the case. Others may have a different experience.

To me the sleeper function advantage isn't for the battery life but for the different ringer profiles that I use and the ability for it to open email when I pull it out of the case. I never even really thought of the battery life feature after I got my 7130. It does help with the older devices 7250/7290 since those screens are always on and have an independent backlight except when in the case.
