Default duplicate emails when using forwarding

Hey folks...
think I just need another brain on this problem...pretty sure a filter somewhere will work...

I have a 'mailing list' that I host on an exchange server (that I'm the admin on). [email address]

My account is [email address] on that same exchange box. Currently I have it setup to forward a copy of each message to [email address]...

[email address] is a member of the group that defines [email address]

I get one copy of messages sent only to me. However, if a message is sent to the mailing list (list@mydomain.com) then I get it 2x. jdoe@sprint.... is NOT a member of the mailing list, just FYI.

Anyone got an idea for a filter or something?

Question

Ok, if I understand it correctly:
[email address] is one account
[email address] has joe@mydomain as a part of the 'group', correct?

Double check the group, [email address] and make sure your account (joe@mydomain.com) is NOT in there twice. Also, in that group, [email address], make sure if there is an ADMIN group, and you're (joe@mydomain.com) part of it, then that would be why you'd get it twice...

Sounds confusing, I know...
