Question BES / 7100t (T-Mobile) / Email on the server...

When I have my Blackberry connected to my PC, I have the Desktop Manager set to NOT send messages to the device - for obvious reasons...

But, later, when home or out of the office, I may then realize that there is an email I need to review, or even reply too. At which point is on my PC (Outlook 2003), but not on my device. Besides turning the option off ('send email to device even if connected') any other choices?

I thought reconcile email was to do just that, give me the emails that are on the server, BUT, not on my device...
