Thumbs down OS 4.1 did anybody else lose the option to Answer - Drop Current call?

Please Login to Remove!

When I am on a call and another call comes in I only have two options Answer - Hold Current, and Ignore? My old phone on OS 4.0 had three options which was perfect. Answer - Hold Current, Answer - Drop Current, and Ignore. I have switched from a 7100t on T-Mobile to 7130e on VerizonWireless the 7100t was still on the latest 4.0 I had not switched it to 4.1 yet.

I would like to have the Answer - Drop option back if anybody knows how to get it back that would be great.

Nope, just tested it. I have the latest software, installed yesterday, and I still have the option of 'drop current'...

What version of phone and theme are you using? I have the 7130e VZW using the BB Insight Icon theme. I have a friend that has the T-Mobile 7100t with 4.1 using the BB Insight Icon theme, and still has the drop current option. Beginning to wonder if it is a 7130e VZW problem? If anyone out there has 7130e let me know if you still have option of drop current.

Thanks,

Presently, am using the 7100g (unlocked) with T-Mobile. Theme is BB Insight-List.

Also, on my 7100t (T-Mobile), I use the same thing...

I have all three options, but when I upgraded I lost the ability to forward calls. I have spent HOURS with TMobile and no one can seem to determine why or correct the problem. I don't have cell phone service inside my home, so daily I forward my cells calls to my home # as I work out of my home. I can no longer do that since upgrading to 4.1.

Interesting how the upgrade has created "little" unexplainable problems for some of us.

Wait, are you saying since the upgrade you CAN'T divert ALL calls (or calls period) to another number? Very, very strange...

I can't. But I suspect it is just a problem with MY upgrade / phone. No one else here has indicated they share this problem.

Neverless, it is a huge problem for me.

Fkewl, I have done that. It was of no help. Thank you for the suggestion though.

Thanks,
Found out that no Verizon 7130e users have the ability to Answer - Drop a call, only have the options to Answer - Hold, or Ignore. So it is a Verizon specific problem.

If it's Verizon-wide, they will rename that "problem" into a "feature"
