hi guys just wanted to know if anyone could help me i just bought berry pix after have the trail version my 7100i.so when i try to put in the activation key it doesn do anything i have tryeed to remove it and reload it nothing happends thanks for the help

If removing the app and reinstalling it hasn't worked, then contact the developer of the app for help. They'll be able to assist you.

Also, make sure that you have put in the registration key as it has been given to you by the developer. Don't leave out any dashes, use upper case or lower case letters where applicable, use O versus 0 (zero) and vice versa. This can cause the code not to work as well. Double check that as well to make to sure that you've entered the code in correctly.

I sure would be happy to help. If you could, please go to our website (listed in my sig) and click on the support link. If you could enter your device PIN on the support form there as well as what you are trying to use for your activation code that would be great.

Berry Pix v2.0 activation codes are 5-digit codes. Berry Pix v1.0 activation codes are a lot longer. Also Berry Pix v1.0 activation codes will not work with v2.0 and vice versa.

I have a feeling that your activation code might not be valid for your device PIN. The most common reasons for this are:

1) mistyping your PIN on the purchase page
2) confusing the letter D and the number 0
3) confusing the letter B and the number 8
