Default Rollback Blackberry Email

Please Login to Remove!

I have a scenario that keeps popping up and was wondering if you guys have any suggestions

A user has to send his Blackberry for repair and does a USB backup of his device so he doesn't lose his customisation.

We send him a loan one and he restores to it, therefore any email he has received between the restore point and going back online does not appear, is there away of synching back the email in this period.

I know that a backup is done wirelessly which keeps most settings, however the pain is that it restores all call logs for example 5150 of 10557 has taken over 3 1/2 hours, total activation percentage is 68%. Can this be deleted on the server ? The only thing I've seen is delete wireless backup data but that gets rid of everything.
