I can't. And I don't know why. Anyone else on T-Mobile wanna try?
1-800-AAA-HELP (222-4357). I've tried all permutations of letters, numbers, leaving out the 1 prefix, leaving it in, etc.
It says "calling", and then doesn't even try ringing before it hangs up and dumps me back to the call log/dial screen, with no indication of what happened. Its not a coverage issue either, because I've had a friend, with T-Mobile with me, and its worked fine through his phone. I guess I should call T-Mobile about it, but I've had to use it twice already (first time I thought it was a temporary "outage", but 6 months later...the problem persists). I'm stuck with calling the number local to my membership, and then having them transfer me to office servicing my locale (which is pretty annoying since it usually takes 3-4 transfer for them to get it right).
