Problem with 8700c
 

I have a new user to my firm, she has a 8700c. I have a BES running 4.0. The user has a personal email account (either yahoo or hotmail) setup on her blackberry. I have installed the Desktop manager software on her computer and have configured it exactly the same as all the other users. I see the unit syncing her address book, calender notes and so forth, everything but email. Her email is not being delievered to her blackberry, and i have a error next to her name on the BES. I need some help i regenerated a encryption key and it did nothing. I really dont want to wipe the whole unit out but if i have to i have to.

If i have to wipe it out does anyone know how to completely default the unit back to factory (the kill handheld will not work from the server)
