Default disable ringer while charging - possible?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, was wondering if it's possible to disable mail/phone notifications while blackberry is attached to power. New mail alerts while home and online with laptop can get tedious...

Thanks - Joe

I haven't seen any option or profile setting to do this.

Nope, you can only specify ring behaviours when in holster and out of holster. You can always change the profile when charging. The default action of the side function key is to open the profiles menu.

Put your BB in it's holster while it's charging, set your profile for no ring while in holster.
This is only if your holster has a slot for your USB cable.

Easiest thing to do is use the Zen theme and change the profile to quiet. The ease of chaning profiles with Zen is a key advantage.
