Default Why are messages not showing 100%?

Please Login to Remove!

I had a 7250 and when there was a lengthy email, I'd just go to the bottom, move the track wheel down, and it would get the rest of the message.

I now have a 8700c, and when I try this, it does not work. I then clicked the wheel and saw a message saying "more" and "more all". I clicked both of these and still, I cannot read the entire message due to length. Is there something here I need to be doing that I am not? Thanks

Puzzles me too.

"more all" did not get all of the longer messages when I had my 7100g. So far, it is with my new 7130, but I haven't given the 7130 a real test. I do not understand this.

There is a "Auto More" option in message->options although I am not sure if this would fix your problem.

Same thing here; worked on the 7105, not on the 8700. Auto More is turned on.

Could this have something to do with the "fix" RIM was working on during the lawsuit? I thought I read the "fix" they were working on was you would get a message with the subject of the email and your device would "pull" the rest of the message. Maybe it's a bug in the "fix".
