Question 7100t/g & mms (T-Mobile)

Please Login to Remove!
Before anyone says it, I've done a search, and read various threads, but, am still a little confused, so...

I have T-Mobile, and I can send a MMS. I sent one to myself, BUT, when I receive it, it asks me to go to the T-Mobile web site, where I have to enter a password to see the message...

Does anyone know if on these devices one can receive the message on the device itself, just like a normal mobile?

Nope i have the 7105t from Tmobile and only thing i have to do when i recive a MMS is retrive it . It doesnt take me to the website maybe its a setting with BB Unlimited internet and such not sure though.

I have a 7100T and the only time it tells me to go to the TMO is when someone sends me a text message that has a pic attached. Hope this helps!

Well, that's the same thing that happened to me. So, are 'we' saying that it I received a video (mms) it would play on the device, and NOT take me to the T-Mobile website?

Strangly enough, I called T-Mobile customer service yesterday, and they said the 7100t does not support it! I said, 'What, excuse me'? Maybe I misunderstood...

all is well! I called T-Mobile back, and they removed me from mms on their server and readded me, now it works like it should...

So, what on earth was the person talking about yesterday? Rhetorical, of course...

What version of OS are you running on your BB? I am wondering if I have to call TMO to get them to do the same thing for me...

i just wanted to confirm the fact that BB 7100g doesn't supports MMS as he gave the heading 7100g/t and mms.

The 7100t/g does support MMS messages, but Cingular has locked MMS messages. The phone is capable, Cingular service is not.

Yes, Cingular blocked MMS messages. I have no problem with MMS messages with the 7100 on TMobile.

I've 7100t and OS 4.1...I don't see option of MMS in my message options...
