Default Is there a way to check data usage?

Is there a way to check how much data has been used? I tried looking around in the options, but could not find any. I do not have the unlimited plan so I was curious to see how much data I have used. Thanks in advance.

By the way, I have the Nextel 7100i.

Most US carriers will allow you to check this via their websites. Not sure specifically about Sprint/Nextel, though. May want to browse their site.

Sprint doesn't, that's for sure.

Not sure if Nextel users can.

Nextel only shows the phone & DC usage, no data
