Don't know why yet, apparently at Voda UK's request (!), but this may not be true.
I am waiting for my contact to reach a high enough level to get an answer - tech support just say MMS doesn't work for them either.

The best I have from Voda UK to date is "Yes, we are selling a product that doesn't do what it says on the box" (cue Ronseal .....
I'm stunned as I was standing in the Vodafone shop for 45mins on Friday while they tried to sort the problem out.
Somebody with a bit of product knowledge would be good, I cant help but feel a little short changed if this is the case concidering sending the unit back as I have the option after 14 days!
