I don't feel like taking it back again and saying there's something wrong with the one I just swapped out for today. The Nextel store I bought it at couldn't even see it but I could. Don't think they will be much help if I request another new one.
DO NOT OPEN IT!!!
If you open it you will void the manufacture warranty, and RIMM will not replace it for you if you open it up. Take it back to the store as many times as it takes to make you happy. But once again DO NOT OPEN IT!
In case you have money to burn, it takes a torx (what size I don't know) and I believe it takes some other specialized tools that I don't think even Nextel repair centers have. Any and all BB's that go to Nextel for repair get sent to RIMM for repair and replacement.
