Our company uses the BES and I get emails from all individuals. When a message is sent out to a distribution list...i.e. "sales" I do not receive the email on my 7130e but I do get it on my laptop in Outlook. Any reason why or how to correct?

We have seen where distrubution lists do not always work as intended on Lotus Notes... Instead, I tell my users to break out the list.
This is not always a good thing especially when you use these lists again and again.
Did you try recreating the distrubution list? Also, check to see if there are mistakes in the list especially if there are users who no longer are on the Exchange Server...
