i want to get a 7130c. it will be my first smartphone. cingular won't let me upgrade for 9 months; even though i am 13 months into my 2 year contract- they won't even let me extend it. which is annoying considering i presently have a pretty inexpensive phone and i have had them as a carrier for 5 years. AND i could hardly find any company that would sell it to me for full retail on line- so many places like amazon and cnet are linked to the cingular 99% deal that i can't take. right now i am bidding 210$ on e-bay. i don't mind buying one that is slightly used because i am pretty rough with my stuff- i figure i'd skuff it myself anyway. but i may have to wait for a week or two to get it at a decent price. i might just get the 300$ "buy it now one" since i have little patients- or is that too much of a waste of money? what is the cheapest price you have seen without a contract? thanks so much.

Do some research on buying the phone from Cingular w/o a contract...I'm guessing it would cost $350...in that neighborhood. So anything less then that would be better than buying it direct from Cingular.
