Exclamation Ringtone making issue

Alright,
So ive made ringtones before for the blackberry and had no problem but i reformatted my computer (just to get things fresh again) and no whenever i try to convert a file to ADP using mobile phone tools or Wav2Adp the files consistenly come out to a 0KB ADP File. Cant figure this out for the life of me. anyone have an idea or seen this problem before? I was an avid uploader to lucky lucianos site and now im tottaly frustrated. Any help would great.

BTW this is an Awesome forum!! Helped me in a thousand different places!!

Alright so it looks like no one had this problem except for me, heres what i found. When i tried to run Mobile phone tools by just pressing cancel at the phone setup screen it went strait into the MM Center and just dumped 0KB files. so heres what i did. i re installed Mobile phone tools and set it up as per the instructions in this thread -

(since i cant post url's yet here is the thread ID if your curious, just take this number and copy and paste over the number from another thread)

After doing this i was able to save files as ADP as an actual ringtone. Not just a file dump.

So there you have it, if the another 1 person in the universe shares this problem, hopefully this will help you correct it

Default Ringtones

Hey there..

im new to the blackberry world..i have a 7130e. Do i need to convert a ringtone to ADP before I can use it on my blackberry? I was under the assumption I can use MP3's like my old PocketPC phone...
