You should mention if you're on BIS or BES. With BIS, log into your company's BIS site and add your email accounts you want POLLED. This will basically have BB check your accounts every fifteen minutes to see if there's new emails. If you want emails POP3 fowarded for faster arrival times, then you need to go to each email account and set the POP3 settings to foward your emails to your BB.

go to Cell phones and wireless plans - Get More with T-Mobile
login w/ your username and password
go to communication toosl -> learn more about email -> setup internet email (i believe that's the correct path)
once there you should be able to set up your accounts w/o a problem

if you do have issues call T-Mobile

I logged into my T-mo account just not from their main page, on the left in the middle it said:

"E-MAIL
At T-Mobile, BlackBerry Handheld is a wireless extension of your e-mail inbox that allows you to send, receive, forward and reply to messages at your convenience. With BlackBerry push technology, you don't need to retrieve your email. Your email finds you."

You can click the word at the top "E-MAIL" and add / remove / create mailboxes.
