Blackberry browser not showing up and cingular browser won't let me view webpages?

I just activated my blackberry data service through cingular on my 8700c. For some odd reason, i do not have a blackberry browser showing up in my applications list and when i use the cingular browser and try to access any site it says "You are not authorized to view this page. Please try loading a different page. "

Any help is GREATLY appreciated

contact Cingular and make sure they've got your data plan set up to allow browsing

It will be called Internet Browser. Blackberry Browser comes from those set up on a BES with MDS enabled.
