Have you tried contacting your service provider on this matter? Weather or not your phone is under warrenty, that is why they are there to help you with technical problems you may incure. Give them a call they might be able to hep you farther, and give you a solution as to what is going on.
Also might recommend doing a backup of all your data (if possible and if you have all the right things to do this, this includes a PC/Laptop, USB cable for the blackberry and the Desktop Manager install disc.) If so a Software re-install might be in order.
