I use an XP Pro PC at work with Outlook 2003 and a Mac with Entourage 2004 installed at home. What I really would like to do is have any Calendar events added in Outlook automatically "pushed" or sent to my 8700c and if possible, back home.
I've been trying to grapple the actual purpose of having a hosted BES. My IT nazis at work will not allow for me to use even the Desktop Redirector in conjunction with my BB; so now I use a rather crude method of sending email to my BB: The folks who send me mail most have their mail forwarded to my machine via a Mail Forward rule I setup.
To sum up, this is getting old.
I want the following wirelessly synced:
-Calendar events from Outlook sent to my BB and Entourage (if possible)
-Emails
-Notes
-Contacts
Is there an "ecosystem" that allows me to wirelessly sync?
I've been toying with the idea of using Funambol (aka SyncML) but can't seem to understand that too well, i.e., too much time investment to learn another language that risks being fed to the dogs!
Any thoughts? Thx
