Have you tried resending your service books yet? You can find that option in your Webclient site. or you can reregister with the host routing table.

yes, tried several times resending them. However they just do not arrive.
I guess there is a problem as this is a UK Blackberry (Vodafone-unlocked) now working with a T-Mobile simcard.
Or is it something else ?
In the configuration of the device itself there are many lines which I do not understand which have to do with Push via Browser, or BES/BIS.
Maybe it is something overthere that has to be changed. I just don't know.
Please help !!

First check and make sure that your APN settings are correct. you can find the help topics here:

BlackBerry Internet - MSN/chat/web/telnet/TCPIP - No BES!

Once that is complete check and make sure your new PIN and IMEI are registered on your BIS client. Then call your SP and have them manually send your SB's too you.

No APN on 8707.

On T-Mo, you'll need to set up a BB account (10 quid per month) - this will give you access to a T-Mo website where you can set up your email credentials (e.g. mail forwarding etc). Service books would then be sent to your 8707.

I too have an unlocked voda 8707 with T-Mo SIM. All working very well.

Rgds,

Pete
