Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7290/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

I don't know about cingular but I just called tmo to and got my 7290 and 7100t unlocked. No charge. Is there some particular reason you don't want to call cingular?

TMO is T Mobile but if your BlackBerry isn't from T Mobile calling them would be no help. If it's a Cingular branded BlackBerry you can contact them other than that your only choice is paying someone for the unlock code. Turn around time for remote unlock code is anywhere from 24-48hrs usually. This topic has been covered quite a few times do a search on the forums here and you should find alot of information in regards to unlocking your BlackBerry.
