Default Blackberry 7100t

Please Login to Remove!

My screen goes totally blank (black) and had several errors such 322 and reset, this morning when the battery was fully charged I was able to connect to my laptop download new software and Blackberry updated.

I have removed the battery several times and inserted it back - it does not reset. I have the red light on and no hour glass which show that teh system reset and booting.

Any suggestions - is it hardware or software issue?

Angry Yeah, does anyone know what is up?

I love my 7100t, but two days ago someone called me and I missed the call. I received the message one missed call and one voice mail message on my screen - chose view or close...I chose close and it went to a blank screen. I thought it was a software issue, but I am still getting a blank screen after re-booting the software. Every once in a while if I leave it alone (turned off) I will get that same screen...but it doesn't matter what I chose...it returns to the blank screen.

The phone portion still works...but who cares...I have a different phone I can use...I want my address book and calendar info.

Try wiping out the blackberry then reloading the blackberry device software. If that doesn't work it can be a defective device.

I loved my BB too! But I have to return to the seller and cancelled everything. I am tired of the BB shutting down so often. Now I miss it :(
