Default Why did all my contacts get saved as work numbers?

Hey guys, when i imported my sim card from my old phone to the blackberry, it changed all of the numbers to work numbers. A lot of them were mobile numbers... Is there an easier way to change them back to mobile numbers rather than having to copy and paste each field over and over?

BIS or BES? If you are using BES with Lotus Notes you could create a simple agent in your addressbook to place all work numbers in the mobile number field, and synchronize these changes to your blackberry.
