I am a new member and appreciate your expertise. I just purchased my 7130e and my learning curve is high right now. I am trying to log onto the Password Keeper but am at the 10th try without finding the right password. I may have, early on; put in a password but none of the ones I use work. Is there a master password? Or some way this can be reset.

Did you forget the password or is this a password from another user? There is no master password. Enter it wrong 10 times and it should wipe out the Password Keeper data and let you set a new one.

Thanks. I did a search and found some answers. I was worried as a couple posts suggested that entering the wrong password wiped all the data out. Not so it just wipes out any passwords entered. I did that and entered a new password. Thanks for your help.

I was just wondering if you know if the same thing will happen with my password keeper on my Curve, because I'm at my 9th time and I'm afraid that everything will be wiped out too!

Password Keeper is Password Keeper. It doesn't matter what model BB you have. It's the same.

FYI, there is an article on BlackBerry Doc IDs: KB10339 and KB11145 that deal with this issue if you do a backup and want another shot at the password.
