does anyone know if the 7130 will be released for GSM networks [tmobile specifically]. i just bought my first blackberry 7105 and i was a little annoyed that i couldn't get what looked like the better phone in the 7100 series.

Well the 7130c is already available for cingular, you can buy an unlocked unit to use on tmobile, but no word on when tmobile will be releasing their version of the 7130 if they do it at all

yea i was reading about that, i guess i will just have to be patient and wait for it to come out from T-mobile to take advantage of the extra features.

Here's how I did it. Buy a 7130c unlock, or buy 7130c and buy unlock code from eBay.

I have a 7130c on BES

Once unlocked, perform backup of old device, restore to new device, resync again to register PIN code to BES.

I am on EDGE confirmed and using BES.
