I set up my email on my nextel 7100i. I have the regular sprint email and a gmail(POP) account set up. I've tried sending an email but i get this message when i compose mail. it reads " NO message services configured. you will only be able to save draft." I spent hours with nextel customer service but they could not fix it in the two hours spent so i hung up. If someone can please help, id appreciate it much.

sign into your BIS site - send yourself new service books (Nextel SHOULD have done this for you already - appears they haven't)

also make sure that you don't have an IT policy blocking BIS from being used
