Default Service Book Information Not Found. (T-Mobile)

Please Login to Remove!

i sent myself and email and i cannot open the attachment. everytime i click retrieve content i get the following message

"More Requests Cannot be completed. Service Book Information Not Found."

what is that suppose to mean. its been doin this for 3 days straight. at least that when i noticed it. its pissing me off.

its the T-Mobile 7105t

If you have access to your Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) via T-mobile then log in with your username and password, then look for the option to "Send service books". As long as you see your web browser on the desktop then that should solve the problem. if you don't even see your browser icon then you need to call and let them know.
