hi im eric and i just buy a blackbery 7290 with bluetooth but i have a problem i cant use my bluetooth to sync with my pc or to recieve files like office or ringtosn please can you help me

You can't use Bluetooth to send files back & forth between the BlackBerry and your pc. It's been discussed many times in various threads here. Do a search you should find a bunch of info on it.
