To the OP, if you haven't solved it yet, are you absolutely sure the computer time and the BB time are the same? Another thing to look at is the time zone setting in the calendar entry section. If say the BB is set to central time and you select eastern time zone when entering the appointment, the BB will adjust the time forward one hour in the calendar. I doubt this is the problem, because the default time zone in the calendar entry form is whatever time zone the BB is set at, so she would actually have to change it....but who knows....it's the only thing I can think of.
