Restoing 7130e but no emails are showing
 

I had to restore my BB today and for some reason it restores everything except my email messages I had stored on my BB. When it starts to restore my email messages it says "The data was not recognized by the device". So it does not restore but when this happens it shows I have unread messages at the top but when I look in my email folder there is nothing. Can anything help me with what I can do about this.
