Is there a way to transfer files from PC to Blackberry via USB? What programs do I need? (using a 7100t)

(I know this may be a re-post, but i couldnt find it while searching...if anyone could help, thatd be great).

Also, how do I update the software of my phone, and is it necessary? im running version 4.0.2.49

I think it really depends on what "programs" you are talking about transferring over to the blackberry from the PC. Please be more specific.

As far as your current version of the BBHardware, I'm not for sure if thats the newest release or not. Might try searching on blackberry(.)com or your service providers site.

I'm looking to send .adp files (ringtones?). Am also looking to transfer my contacts, calendar items, and tasks from Outlook 2000 to my phone via USB. How do I do so? Thanks!
