I am trying to get to the mobile blackberry site to scope the ring-tones and theme's for a possible download but I keep getting an error message "this site was designed to work with Blackberry Os 3.xx and higher"...what gives??? is it the Vodafone live browser that is provisioned in my service book and if so how do I get the standard blackberry browser ???

No answers I'm afraid to that one, however I get exactly the same message on UK Vodaphone Live

The problem you are having is because you are using the Vodafone browser

You do, indeed, need the Blackberry browser for that site

However .... the Blackberry browser service book does not download to Vodafone UK BIS users of the 8700v
