Care is able to confirm your eligibility & credit your acct if Young America (rebate center) doesnt fufill your VALID claim. You can also check status of rebates on tmobilerebates.com.
Thanks, I bought directly from T-Mobile. It's been 8 weeks and the rebate center says they never received my letter. I tried customer care yesterday and all they did was contact the rebate center, but that was Sunday. I'll try customer care again today and see if I get a better response from another rep.
