I am almost certain I need to send my berry in for a replacement but I figure I would ask the experts here first. My issues with it are (1) it won’t go to sleep in the holster (both OEM plastic and the aftermarket leather holster) so my battery life is suffering and (2) it will intermittently restart when answering a call. I average about 1-2 resets a week and, of course, it always happens during an important call. I did the normal soft/hard reset, re-register, and re-installed the original OS but to no avail. Any suggestions before doing a backup and sending it in? Thanks guys.

Try the latest OS and if that doesn't work send it in.
