hello- i did a search and counldnt find anything....i am wondering if when people call my phone ( i have music playing) if there is any way to shorten that...like have my voicemail pop up sooner...cause apparently its annoying to listen to the whole song

Cingular or T-Mobile? I know on Cingular youi have to listen to the whole song before your phone even rings. That's why I got rid of it. You could call you carrier to check on voicemail answer times.

t mobile..does that mean even if i had a normal ringer on it...it would be long like the song?

I have Caller Tunes with my 8700g on T-Mobile and it only plays a few seconds of the song. It is not the whole song. Yet, if you find it that annoying, then just get rid of the Caller Tunes service.

It only seems like it plays along time. Also, if you take your sweet time to answer the phone, the longer the person listens to the music. Honestly, mine doesn't play a long time nd I haven't done anything to it.

Most carriers support a bypassing keypress to access the voice mailbox directly. Ask your contacts to press the [1] key at the start of the recorded message/music.
