Hi all, I had a problem with my new 7290. It kept on asking me for a password to unlock it. I tried ten times and the system then erased its entire memory and know it tell me that it handheld system software does not exist. Does anyone know how I can restore the operating software to this device.

I have never had it happen, but I imagine you need to download the OS from Blackberry and put it back on via the Desktop Manager software.
