email default question for 8700

1. I have my "name@work.com" emails filtered for spam on Gmail and forwarded to my "name@tmo.blackberry.net". What is the best method to always have my reply address "name@work.com". Right now I am using BBreply, but I'm always forgeting that extra xxx8220;Set ReplyToxxx8221; step each time for each email. Is there a better way to just set it once an never reply from the "name@tmo.blackberry.net" address again? (I have done a forum search on this one)

2. How do I remove the "Sent via BlackBerry" on outgoing mail?

FYI mobile google maps and google talk rocks.
