Yes; one is CDMA (7130e) and uses the EVDO network and one is GSM based (7130c) and uses the EDGE network. Not interchangeable, like the 8700c and 8700g.

the 7130e doesn't use SIM cards, the 7130c does I believe.

All GSM and iDen phones and BBs use SIM cards. I think that has already been established.

yea its just different networks. They just change the name slightly so it won't confuse people who are trying to buy them..
